Product Manager & Coxswain
Shauna
Fitzsimons
Product leader, obsessed with high performance teams — on and off the water.
I care about the crew as much as the craft: sharp calls under pressure, honest debriefs, and shipping outcomes that move the boat.
Two sides of the same instinct
01 / Career
Building products.
Leading teams.
From enterprise SaaS to AI-led product development, turning complex needs into clear direction and commercial outcomes.
My professional journey02 / Rowing
A different crew.
The same commitment.
Over a decade on the water — from UCD to Leander and Marlow — and the coxswain instinct behind my side project, Debrief.
Life on the water
