The person behind the product
About Me
I care about high performance teams — the people, the decisions, and the shared direction that make great work possible.

How I think
The crew matters as much as the craft.
I’m a product manager working across complex B2B SaaS, product strategy and AI-led development. My work connects stakeholder direction with the realities of delivery: what a team can build, what customers need, and what makes a meaningful difference.
A cox sits between the coach, who sets the plan, and the crew, who execute it stroke by stroke. The job is translation in both directions — turning strategy into useful instructions and turning what’s happening in the boat into feedback someone can act on.
That’s the same seat I sit in as a product manager. Stakeholders set the direction; engineers and designers have to build it under real constraints. The work is the same translation, just with a different crew.

UCD was where my journey in high performance environments began — leading a team and making calls under pressure. I became the first female captain of UCD Men’s Boat Club and received four leadership and contribution awards.
I learned to direct a crew before I ever directed a product team.More about my rowing
